Independent sales agents who introduce new DDactic customers earn commission on everything that follows. No invoicing. No delivery. No inventory. Two-year trailing payments on everything you register.

You earn 20% of cash received on every new logo you introduce, for the first 12 months of the engagement. Paid monthly, in arrears, against actually collected revenue.
When your customer renews or stays on a retainer plan, you keep earning: 15% of recurring cash in Year 2. Two-year trailing total.
Every registered deal that closes above our minimum ($5,000) earns an additional $500 SPIFF, paid on first invoice.
Separate side letter: if you introduce an investor who writes a check, you receive 2.5% of the committed capital, capped at $50,000 per round.
The things that normally cost an independent agent a deal, written into the agreement.
Submit the prospect through the registration form before your first call. For 90 days that account is yours. If a lead comes to us from any other channel in that window, you still get credited.
If the prospect you registered goes dark then signs with DDactic directly within 180 days of your last contact, your commission still applies. We don't take deals around our agents.
If the agreement ends for any reason, you still earn commission on registered accounts for 24 months. The relationship doesn't vanish because the agreement did.
The two models are different mental shapes. Pick the one that matches how you already work.

A real example. The numbers aren't theoretical: this is the math the agreement runs on.
Month 1: You introduce a mid-size insurer evaluating DDoS posture before renewing their cyber tower. Deal lands at $25,000 for the initial assessment.
On first invoice: $5,000 commission (20%) + $500 SPIFF = $5,500 to you.
Month 7: The insurer renews for an annual retainer of $36,000.
Over the retainer year you accrue $5,400 (15% of $36k). Trailing total on this one logo: ~$10,900.
All numbers are examples. Actual commission accrues on cash received, not booked revenue. Full terms in the agreement sent after a first call.
Tell us who you want to introduce and we'll send the registration form, the agreement, and brief you on the deal shape before you make the intro.
