Service Limitations

Intellectual Property
DDactic Intellectual Property
All content, including:

- Text, graphics, and images
- Software and tools
- Methodologies and processes
- Reports and deliverables (unless otherwise specified)
Are owned by DDactic or licensed to DDactic and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Client Intellectual Property
Client retains ownership of:
- Client data and information
- Client systems and configurations
- Client-specific deliverables (as specified in agreements)
License to Use
DDactic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and view website content for personal or business use
- Use deliverables as specified in service agreements
- Reference DDactic materials with proper attribution
Account Responsibilities
Account Creation and Security
When you create an account with DDactic, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information as needed
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Use a strong password (minimum 14 characters with complexity requirements)
- Enable and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) when available
Password Requirements
Your password must:
- Be at least 14 characters long
- Contain at least one uppercase letter
- Contain at least one lowercase letter
- Contain at least one number
- Contain at least one special character
- Not be reused from your last 5 passwords
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
MFA is mandatory for all accounts. You are responsible for:
- Setting up MFA using an authenticator app or backup codes
- Safely storing your backup codes in a secure location
- Not sharing your MFA codes or backup codes with anyone
- Reporting lost or compromised MFA devices immediately
OAuth Account Linking
If you link your account with Google or GitHub OAuth:
- You authorize DDactic to access your basic profile information (email, name) for authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OAuth provider account
- You can unlink OAuth accounts at any time through your account settings
- Unlinking an OAuth account may affect your ability to log in if it's your primary authentication method
Account Activity
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices
- Reporting suspicious activity or unauthorized access immediately
Prohibited Account Activities
You may NOT:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Use automated systems to access your account
- Attempt to bypass security measures or authentication requirements
- Use your account for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Impersonate another person or entity
Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Remove accounts that show suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Delete accounts that remain inactive for extended periods
- Require account verification if security concerns arise

User Content
